I bought my boy a darn China off brand mini ATV in December. Now that the I told you so's are out of the way, I wish I wouldn't have tried to save a few hundred bucks. Cry

Now the problem.

The float was sticking in the carb. I ordered a new carb and installed it yesterday.
Since I put the new carb in it will not stay running. Will start and then sputter out. Not getting fuel. The bowl is full but it is just not sucking the fuel in. Any idea of why where or how there could be a leak somewhere?

we have been planning to head to Mudmuckers since December to ride. If I cant get his bike running it will be a sad day here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Does it have an idle/air screw? Is it screwed all the way in or is it out a little?

Does it run if you give it throttle?

Air mixture screw 1 1/2 - 2 turns out?
Idle turn up enough?
Is there a fuel filter on it that could be clogged?
Petcock clogged?
Float level set right?

Vacuum leak would also be something I would look for on top of the other issued posted by other riders.
