Land rover Off-road Eperience on w.dixie Hwy south of 203st in adventura,fl.

Has anyone seen this?  I could not believe it till I saw it!!!   this is on a 16 acre site zoned multi- family medium density residential?   I thought it was a new MX track at first!!!   I cant believe this place was built so quick and quiet .  Amazing how money gets soo  many things done quick ! They dug all the dirt outta the same site it looks like ?    Where were all the opponents to this place opening ?

if you were jacked around like I have been by Miami-Dade County , you would stand there and say MOTHER FLUBBER!!!!   how did they get this thing to opened?

is this for land rover the car? if it is of course it will open that quick that brings in money to sell the suv, not trying to be a thingy mr zman but give up on opening a spot down here

omg cry me a rivver boo who who... z man take advice from miami/dade county and also now other people on this fourm... stop cry like a b**** and just ride ur atv like others do... no 1 else would like u because u opend a place or not u no the " sport of atv" as u call it we are all worthless and could care less we just ride leave are trash and have fun....   so u think we would care about some guy that srys on atv sites bout trying tog et a place open??? no we wont.... have fun enjoy your atv and if u cant handle driving 3 hours to ride sell your bike... thats what i did

I have to admit I think there's a big difference in a MX track and a Land Rover Off Road Experience course. How loud is a Land Rover? How many people would be there at once? How late would they be open, after sundown, i doubt it? Apples to oranges unfortunately. Just leave Dade/Broward County like all the other Americans!
