I checked around and fround out that double hub was have a weight load of 750lb per axle and will not support a golf cart. I went with flexiride  by Universal Group in NJ, which I found out that  they have apair of flexiride half axles that will work out and they can carry a load of 1000 lb per axle you may have to change your mounting some.

I've got a swivelwheel made by the factory you can just buy from me. I want $1,500. It has a hitch for a pickup receiver, a spare tire and the hitch you mount for a camper. The extra hitch was around $300 extra.
